I offer a variety of packages for parents and caregivers who are looking for tailored support in helping their little one achieve restful sleep. I work with the whole family and take into account your particular situation in order to get the full picture and offer fully customized sleep strategies. These packages will address topics such as your baby’s sleep schedule, routines, the sleep environment and independent sleep skills. The Sleep Fundamentals Package - $240
Interactive workshop and resources for expecting and new caregivers. Includes:
-Detailed review of intake form
-1 hour live virtual workshop on infant sleep
-Sleep space assessment (virtual)
-Handouts and extra resources
-A 30-min call to be used within the year
-15% off any other sleep package purchased within the year
The Tiny Sleeper Package (0-24 months) - $640
Mini sleep plan and 2 weeks of daily tailored support. Includes:
-Detailed review of intake form
-1 hour phone consultation
-Customized mini sleep plan to tackle your pressing issues
-Sleep log template
-Daily sleep log review and email support for 2 weeks
-Handouts and extra resources
-Additional support options available (at extra cost)
The VIP Sleeper Package (0-24 months) - $1220
Comprehensive sleep plan and 4 weeks of daily tailored support. Includes:
-Detailed review of intake form
-1 hour phone consultation
-Customized sleep plan based on your specific goals and needs
-Sleep space assessment (virtual)
-Handouts and extra resources
-Sleep log template
-Daily sleep log review and email support for 4 weeks
-2 additional 15-min calls to be used within the 4 weeks
-Additional support options available (at extra cost)
Additional 2 weeks of daily support - $280
For clients who initially purchased the Tiny Sleeper package or the VIP Sleeper package. Includes:
-Daily log review and tailored email support for 2 weeks
Additional 4 weeks of daily support - $530
For clients who initially purchased the Tiny Sleeper package or the VIP Sleeper package. Includes:
-Daily log review and tailored email support for 4 weeks
