By using this website (www.sleepingbebes.com) and engaging in any services or workshops provided by Sleeping Bébés, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. General
The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Sleeping Bébés” refer to Andréanne Baribeau. The term website refers to sleepingbebes.com. The term “user,” “you”, “your” and ‘‘client’’ refers to site visitors, customers and any other users of the site. The term ‘‘services’’ refers to workshops, sleep plans and any other services provided by Sleeping Bébés.

Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website and engage with our services. By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Use of Site and Services
The use of our website and services is for lawful purposes only. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using our site and services. Any misuse of our site or services is strictly prohibited.

Refusal of Service
Sleeping Bébés reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, users who violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in inappropriate conduct.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking services or receiving consultations. Sleeping Bébés is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Order Confirmation
When you place an order for a service or workshop, you will receive an order confirmation email. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Sleeping Bébés will then contact you to schedule the workshop or start of the service. Before any contract is signed, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if necessary.

Cancellation, Refund, and Return

Workshops: Workshops are refundable if the request is made by email at andreanne@sleepingbebes before the initial intake form is submitted and within 14 days of purchasing, less a 50$ administration fee. Once the intake form has been submitted, clients wishing to reschedule the workshop may make the request by email as soon as possible, but this is at our discretion. Sleeping Bébés reserves the right to reschedule the workshop. Clients who choose to withdraw after the initial intake assessment must pay the full fee, and no refund will be provided.
Tailored Sleep Plan Packages: All sleep plan packages are refundable if the request is made by email at andreanne@sleepingbebes before the initial intake form is submitted and within 14 days of purchasing the package, less a 100$ administration fee. Clients who choose to withdraw after the initial intake assessment must pay the full fee, and no refund will be provided.
Additional daily support (2 or 4 weeks): This service must be purchased within two weeks after the end date of a tailored sleep plan package. It is refundable up to 3 days prior to the start of the service if the request is made by email at andreanne@sleepingbebes.

Service Description
We strive for accuracy in the descriptions of our services, workshops, and content on our website. However, some errors may occur. Sleeping Bébés does not guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or update the information on our site at any time.
